The Franklin-Pearson House, in historic Cowan, is a beautifully appointed place to stay or meet. The town is packed with small shops and restaurants... and this place is right in the middle of it all. Jarod Pearson is a great host: the place is clean and the decor is tasteful. Highly recommended for a road trip destination or romantic getaway!
It is very nice.
We stayed here when our daughter was at the Sewanee Summer Music Festival. The place is lovely, the food delicious and the host extremely gracious. Ditch the chain hotels and opt for the Franklin-Pearson. It's reasonably priced and is a wonderful experience!
Every one there was soooo nice. The place was beautiful. The tabby cat outside is very friendly.
